• Ballyliffin Beach Houses has partnered with Schneider Electric to deliver energy management and home automation to minimise energy use whilst providing all year round comfort.

• Modern house build standards with A rated efficiency.

• Heating & hot water is provided largely by renewable energy (solar PV with air-source heat pumps).

• Battery storage is used to store excess solar PV energy and daily excess solar energy beyond that is sent back to the national grid.

• ePower in partnership with Schneider Electric provide electric charging (EV) facilities for guests to promote EV usage.

• We strive to further reduce our energy usage and monitor site usage to become more efficient.
